Dawn and I believe that if we pay our hard-earned money to someone to provide a service for us, then there should be a guarantee that comes with the service.  After all, a lack of guarantee may indicate a lack of confidence in the work performed.  It is with this thought in mind, we proudly present the TechCastle guarantee!

  The TechCastle guarantee works like this.  When we come to your home or small business to perform a service for you, we will leave you with a "Statement Of Service" for work performed on that date, as well as a date of service performed.  For 30 calendar days following the service, all worked listed on your Statement Of Service is unconditionally guaranteed.  If there is need for a callback to your home or small business for work that has been guaranteed, there will be absolutely no charge to you for that follow-up visit, or for however many visits it may take to resolve the issue.

  As an example: suppose you call us to your home because you are experiencing memory problems on your computer.  We come to your house, examine the situation, determine you need new memory, and perform the memory install.  Two weeks later, you experience the same symptoms again.  We will come to your home again, free of charge, and work on the issue until it is resolved.

  This is our guarantee to you as our customers.  After all, in medieval times if someone performed a service for a member of the royal family, and the royals were not satisfied with the results, then the workers would keep returning until the issue was resolved.  Since we believe our customers are royalty, we will not provide you with any less service.  That is my guarantee to you, and one that you can count on us to maintain for as long as TechCastle exists as a company.  If you have any questions regarding this guarantee, please feel free to contact us through the "Contact Us" link above!
